Roasted pumpkin seeds. I love this time of year, don’t you?
RECIPE:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Evenly spread raw seeds on cookie sheet covered with foil and sprinkled with olive oil.
Sprinkle and toss with thyme sea salt.
Pepper to taste.
The entree spotlight - prosciutto wrapped stuffed pork loin - for our Let’s Eat launch party on October 18 was cleared in 10 minutes post serving. #record It tasted as good as it looked.

I’m a little enamored, as usual, with squash this time of year. But this time around, I’m asking some more serious questions as I gear up for a launch dinner party, Oct 18th.
